The disused Victorian complex of industrial buildings was refurbished to form a restaurant, gym, and associated facilities to serve the new housing recently constructed in this area. An extensive evaluation of the existing structure was carried out but only parts of the structural framework could be saved and the remainder was rebuilt in a sympathetic style.
