We believe in a work / life balance. We have a dedicated annual social fund budget which is managed by members of staff who form part of a social committee. The social committee organise monthly staff outings which aim to capture the interests of our diverse workforce.

  • A ‘day at the races.’
  • Meals at restaurant or hotel.
  • Ten Pin Bowling nights.
  • Comedy store nights.
  • Football; usually challenging teams made up of our clients, architects or contractors.
  • We have dedicated summer and Christmas functions.
