Apprenticeships
Wilde Consulting Engineers have been committed to training the next generation of engineers since 1980.
We appoint apprentices on an annual basis. We offer flexible working and sponsor staff to attend an industry-recognised course with a local college. Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will be offered the option of attending vocational HNC and then degree courses at local colleges/universities.
All apprentices will work under the supervision of our experienced engineers and be paid while they learn.
Many of our staff commenced work with Wilde as apprentices and are now senior engineers delivering multi-million pound civil, structural, rail and transportation schemes.
