The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Talent Acquisition function. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll support recruitment activity across consultancy and secondment roles while also playing a key role in building our market intelligence capability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong research and relationship‑building skills who wants to influence how we identify talent, engage clients and expand our people capability. As the team grows, so will your responsibility, ownership and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Resourcing

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment for consultancy and secondment appointments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority skill areas
  • Engage candidates professionally, ensuring an excellent candidate experience

Market Insight & Research

  • Conduct talent and market research using LinkedIn, sector data sources and public information
  • Map candidate markets aligned to client requirements and emerging opportunities
  • Provide briefing packs, insight and analysis for client meetings and business‑development discussions
  • Support identification of consultancy and secondment opportunities through structured research

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM, ensuring high standards of data quality
  • Contribute to reporting and MI for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data policies

Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a B2B sales / consultative role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting recruitment within consultancy or professional services environments.
  • Understanding of public sector recruitment or workforce challenges.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
