We are seeking an NEC PM to support a busy Highways Maintenance team in Lancashire.
Responsibilities:
- NEC PM support on Highway improvement works, including quality bus transit works to enhance reliability and accessibility.
- Contract administration
- Tracking project performance – Schedule/cost and quality
- Maintain adherence to NEC processes and principles – collaboration and early identification of any issues that may arise.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or HNC/HND (or equivalent relevant qualification).
- NEC accredited
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for site visits
The NEC PM should be suitably qualified with relevant experience.
The role will be based in Lancashire with a hybrid working arrangement.
