Victorian Baths Southwark

Conversion and extension of Victorian baths into a modern leisure centre.

£4.5m project for the London Borough of Southwark. A variety of buildings, including the listed Victorian pool had been developed over time on the site. The project was to restore the pool and to create a main central reception and café interlinking the buildings. The existing buildings were extended and modified at ground floor level to allow a new gym and dance building to be integrated with the existing buildings to enable a cohesive use of the site.
