Modification of existing 1970’s buildings and integrating the new laboratories and services within the modified structure. Works included six new CL3 laboratories and refurbishment of their existing CL3 labs (including all the associated service requirements). This has required substantial alteration of building structure to provide the necessary space and routes to service the laboratories.
