- Two separate residential blocks of 4 and 3 storeys. 20 affordable units.
- A community centre is located on the ground floor, with a transfer structure over.
- Traditional load-bearing masonry with precast concrete floors. Additional steel beams were added to suit the vertical non-stacking walls and unusual roof geometry of the building.
- Foundations were traditional concrete strip footings.
