Opportunity: Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager–building
Location: Lancashire – 3 days per week / remote 2 days per week
Rate: Negotiable and Competitive
Duration: 9 months+
IR35 – To be confirmed
Duties will involve: Project management and delivery of various building improvement works, providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification
- Experience of public sector building projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of preparing detailed briefs, and identifying project requirements across the programme of works.
- Experience of Initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers/officers.
- Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
