Structural inspection and reporting
Rufford Old Hall is a 16th Century, Grade I listed Tudor mansion, which forms part of an estate run by National Trust. The structural inspection was required to ground and first-floor presentation rooms, and the loft space above. The inspection had to be carried out in accordance with advice from the NT ecologist, due to the presence of a bat roost within the loft.
