our team was engaged to provide comprehensive engineering services for a £20m design and build development in the London Borough of Hackney. The development consisted of three residential blocks, totaling 70 apartments and 5 maisonettes, with a mix of social rental, shared ownership, and private units.
Our services for this project included the design of the building structures, as well as the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
