Building Regulations checks include the full spectrum of design; from modest house extensions to high tech offices, from innovative structures to the use of novel proprietary items. This service has been provided to Stockport MBC since 1989. Approximately 800 checks are carried out per annum.

- New spectator stands and pavilions at Lancashire Cricket Club.
