CORPORATE - INSURANCE - INVESTMENT
Providing engineering based assessments for corporate organisations, insurers and banks to enable better risk based judgments. Our assessments may cover corporate planning, insurance claims and development investments.
Properties can be damaged by fire and flood, ramraiders and all manner of actions. These may be corporate losses to the property owners or may be insured assests. Inspections are often needed at short notice to consider if sufficient strength and stability and functionality remain or whether access or operation require restricting on grounds of safety. Follow up reporting is then done in order to confirm the reasons for damage and the potential measures available for cost effective repair or reinstatement.
As an extension to our structural inspection activities we are able to give more general advice which can be invaluable in pre-purchase and auction situations. Understanding the risk profile af any prospective site or property asset is key to evaluating its true value in the property market.
